Are the release dates accurate?
We are given an idea of the release date from our distributor. The release dates we are given are directly from Funko. Occasionally release dates change. If release dates change, we will notify you. They are not 100% accurate. Occasionally there are delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Do I need to pay for the full amount of the preorder?
No, just pay the deposit for each item. The deposit is non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfill the preorder items within 60 days of the expected release date. Any preorders we cannot fill, we will refund.

Can I cancel my preorder?
Yes, but the deposit for the POP is non-refundable. We will issue a store credit for any cancelled preorders.

Are preorder guaranteed?
We are usually able to fill all preorders. Occasionally some product inventory is allocated. In the event we are not able to fulfill your preorder, we will refund your deposit and notify you when we are not able to.

What if I ordered multiple both in-stock and preorder items?
If you wish to receive the in-stock items first, please separate your order. You will be charged for separate shipping. If you would like us to hold your in-stock item for when your preorder POP arrives. We will hold your in-stock item for you. Please select "hold for more" for any in-stock items.

What if I preordered multiple items with the same release date and not all are released at the same time?
We will notify you when we receive your preorder. We will then charge you for shipping. You will be able to let us know if you would like us to ship immediately or would you like to add additional POPs to your order.
