What should I do if I received the wrong product?
We’re sorry that you received the wrong product. We hold ourselves to a very high standard to ensure that we get you the right product. If you received the wrong product please notify us. Let us know. We’ll make it right.

 

What should I do if the pop I received is damaged?
We take a lot of pride in shipping and properly packing pops prior to shipping. Every pop we ship is carefully picked from our collection. We wrap all our pops in bubble wrap, then put in a box and we fill in the extra space to minimize the shaking. Occasionally POPs do get damaged. Sometimes the mail person isn’t as careful as we are. Let us know. We’ll try to find the right resolution for you.

 

What should I do if I no longer want the pop I purchased?
Let us know. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return the item. When we receive it in our warehouse, we will be more than happy to refund you.

 

Will you refund my postage cost for the return?
We will refund the postage cost for any order where we shipped the wrong item, or if the item is damaged. If you no longer want the pop, you will have to pay for the cost of shipping it back to us.

 

What we expect from you
Please contact us before returning your POP. Let us know what’s wrong with it. We expect the pop back in the condition it was shipped. Please ensure the POPs are unopened and in the original box. Please take pictures of your product prior to shipping back to us. Please wait for a confirmation from us before shipping the POPs back.

 

What you can expect from us
You will receive your refund within 48 hours of us receiving the POP. You will receive the full amount of the product minus the shipping. We are unable to refund the cost of shipping the POP out to you.
