Returns
Returns are accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so the situation can be reviewed.
Photos of damaged or incorrect items may be requested before a return is approved.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
Sealed Products
Due to the nature of sealed collectible products, opened items cannot be returned or exchanged.
All sales are considered final once a sealed product has been opened.
Refunds
Once a return has been approved and the item has been received, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved, the original order will be refunded and a new order may be placed if the item is still available.
